Every day, the staff and faculty of the Chao Family Comprehensive Cancer Center make a difference by providing excellent cancer care. Our patients rely on us for high quality healthcare, and they take comfort in knowing that we will care for them with integrity, compassion and respect.
Many UC Irvine employees continually ask how they can help our patients in additional ways beyond their daily job expectations. The Chao Family Comprehensive Cancer Center in conjunction with the Hudson-Davidson Foundation has established a challenge gift to allow all employees the opportunity to help support the needs of our patients and families in a unique way. Since this is our first year of the campaign, our major goal is participation. Your gift, at whatever level you are comfortable giving, is greatly appreciated. We hope you will join with your fellow employees to participate in this important campaign. The Hudson Davidson family is challenging UC Irvine employees to raise $200,000 by December 31, 2013. In return, the Hudson Davidson Foundation has agreed to match every donation up to $200,000. With the potential of $400,000, the fund will be an endowment that will last forever. Our cancer patients and their families will benefit greatly!
As a UC Irvine employee, you already give so much of your time, talents and dedication to the work that you do at the University. You know more than anyone what a strong impact your gift can make on the health and well-being of our patients and their family members.
